• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp hot water

 Instructions:
1.) Start by preheating the oven to 350º F.

2.) In a large bowl combine flour and the egg. Add peanut butter, water, honey and stir until the dough becomes firm and sticky.

3.) On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough about 1/2 inch thick and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to make these special for Valentine's Day.

4.) Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden. Once done, set aside to cool.

5.) For the frosting, combine the peanut butter and honey in a bowl, and heat in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in between, until melted.

6.) Once melted, add the peanut butter mixture to cornstarch and stir until combined. Slowly add in water until you have reached the consistency that you would like.

7.) You can put the frosting in a piping bag to make decorating the cookies more fun!
