Return Policy

Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), we will happily accept your return. Please note the following criteria:

• Items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery
• All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
• Include a note with your Order Number

Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. Shipping costs from original order will not be refunded due to a return. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.

Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment.

Exclusions: All sales of custom products and Made-to-Order items including our entire Pawfessional Home Collection, Dog Treats, Human Apparel (T-Shirts), Puzzles,  bandanas, and bowties are final and not returnable. Additionally, all items marked FINAL SALE on the product page will not be returnable as well.

Defects

In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within seven days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item. 

Exchange Policy

Due to possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or color.

Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. All orders are shipped from our shop within 2-3 business days. Exception: All made to order items (from our Home & Apparel (Tshirt) Collections) can take up to two to three weeks. You do not need to purchase a faster shipping option at checkout for any items purchased in the Home or Apparel (Tshirt) Collection, as the standard shipping time above applies. Items from these two collections will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

Due to COVID, the estimation for package arrival to an international country varies. Faster shipping options are available on the checkout page for an additional cost. Please note that the processing time above still applies. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. 

Some countries may charge a customs or tariff fee that is not included in the shipping cost. Sassy Woof is not responsible for any costs or issues that occur at customs.
