Customer Experience Representative
Location & Status: Sterling, VA (On-Site) – Full time, Temporary (3-6 Months). Unfortunately, this role cannot be performed remotely. The brainstorming, creativity, and all the fun stuff happens together as a team in the office. Only local applicants will be considered. Our apologies!
Sassy Woof, a rapidly growing online retailer of MODERN DOG ACCESSORIES & APPAREL based in Sterling, VA, is seeking a talented Customer Experience Representative to join our pawesome team for the Summer/Fall season!
This is a role that would allow you to work directly with our amazing customers. We are a small but mighty team and extreme attention to detail is a must to succeed in this capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers via email and social media including (Facebook and Instagram)
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided in every customer-based interaction
Process returns and exchanges
Other duties as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager
