Shipping & Returns


Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will happily accept your return.

Please note the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery.
  • Please Include a note with your Order Number, if you have it available
  • All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. Sassy Woof will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.
  • Sassy Woof is not responsible for returning back an item that does not meet the criteria above. Please contact us if any questions.
  • Customer is responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back any returns/exchanges. USPS is generally the cheapest way to return or exchange products, but you may use the courier of your choice. Sassy Woof does not provide free return labels.

Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours. If you request a exchange, please email us at to ensure that we still have stock left of the size/item you are requesting.

EXCLUSIONS: All sales of custom products and Made-to-Order items including our Dog Treats, Human Apparel, and Bandanas are final and not returnable. All items marked FINAL SALE on the product page will not be returnable.


In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item. 


Shipping may take longer due to the impact of COVID-19 and may add additional business days to arrive. All couriers including USPS are currently experiencing delays with shipping and updating tracking information. More information on delays can be found here.

Made-to-order items (Human Apparel Collections) can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. You do not need to purchase a faster shipping option at checkout for any items purchased in the Home or Human Apparel Collections, as the standard shipping time above applies. As a reminder, these items are unable to be returned or exchanged.


We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all products. Most orders take 1-3 business days to process and leave our warehouse and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive. 

Additional shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost through UPS.


We ship worldwide to most countries. Most orders take 2-4 business days to process and leave our warehouse. Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. Sassy Woof is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.
